May be reinstall L2 or rechange server patch

nothing it just keep me saying ''Access Failed. Please try again later...'' so i think i can't do nothing if could some body of the administrators or dev do something or move my char in another account so i could play. i have another account the id is draconik if nothing u can't do move it to this account. thx
